1. Background: Enrolled international students in China from the United States, Canada, or Europe.
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
3. Interests and Hobbies: Passionate about gaming with extensive gaming experience. Preference given to players of fantasy RPG games like Diablo and The Elder Scrolls.
4. Thinking and Vision: Proficient in data-driven methodologies, highly attuned to industry trends, and a deep understanding of gamers, especially American gamers.
5. Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks and be effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in fields such as business, psychology, game design, or related areas is a plus.
7. Attendance Requirements: Available for at least 3 days a week and willing to commit to an internship period of at least 3 months (remote internships are also accepted). 1. Market Research: Conduct research on North American fantasy-themed multimedia works (including novels, films, TV shows, games, etc.) and idle games, as well as their corresponding user base. Generate high-quality research reports.

1. Product Optimization: Provide product optimization recommendations based on the gaming experience habits of North American players. Collaborate with development teams to design gameplay that resonates with local players.
2. Community Management: Establish player communities on platforms such as Discord and Facebook, identify and nurture community opinion leaders, and take responsibility for platform operations.
